  • When will my order ship?
    • The strongest efforts are made to ship all orders within 1-2 business day from which they are received. 
  • How much is shipping?
    • Our Expedited Shipping is always just $10!
    • If you would like, we offer Xpresspost for $13.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • We offer free shipping on all orders over $100!
  • Do you Local Pickup
    • We offer Local Pickup in Williams Lake Only. - Use code "Local" at check-out to waive shipping fees.
  • I feel like my order is missing or delayed. What should I do?
    • Currently we are partnering with Canada Post to provide all of our shipments. If you believe that your shipment is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive, ensure that you have followed up with the tracking number provided with your purchase. This will let you know all the information you may need to locate your package. If any further follow up is required after checking the tracking number, we suggest your first point of contact be Canada Post or you can email coffeemicasa@gmail.com and we can assist you.
  • Can I buy your coffee from anywhere in Canada?
    • As a proudly Canadian company we want to provide Mi Casa Coffee across the country. Therefore, we proudly ship Mi Casa Coffee to all Provinces & Territories.
  • How about to the rest of the world?
    • At this moment in time we are unable to provide Mi Casa Coffee to any other location outside of Canada. Please stay tuned for any future updates and announcements regarding changes to this policy.
  • What is your return policy?
    • Client satisfaction is always top of mind at Mi Casa Coffee, so we are happy to work with each individual purchase on a case-by-case basis for refunds. Please email us at coffeemicasa@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
    • Unfortunately, any coffee that has been opened is deemed non-returnable, and therefore non-refundable.
    • Any refunds will only be processed once the item is received back in our office and we have verified that the packaging has not been opened. All requested refunds may have the product shipped back at your cost.
    • Please note we are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
